DESIGN. Beach Music is a spacious (4500 sq. ft.) and very comfortable 2-level home. You park on the upper level and enter into the lanai - a roofed, screened in veranda. The lanai leads into the 750 sq/ft great room which contains the living, dining and kitchen areas. The two upper level bedrooms are on either side of the great room and both open to water views and decks. A dining deck connects to the great room, and the pool and sundeck are located in a well landscaped setting on the left side of the villa. Exterior stairs lead down to the two lower level bedrooms, the billiards room and more deck areas.

The house itself is quite attractive with a traditional Caribbean design featuring cathedral ceilings with exposed beams, walls of beautiful native stonework, terra cotta tiled floors throughout, multiple ceiling fans, oversized sliding glass and oiled French mahogany doors, furnishings and accessories of mahogany, bamboo and rattan, and a deck off every bedroom.

LIVING ROOM & LANAI. Beach Music is unique in that it contains a great room plus a totally screened in reading room (the lanai), plus a separate harbor view billiards room. The living room contains upholstered bamboo furniture, Caribbean wall hangings and other tropical accessories, and a 50" flat screen TV with 100+ channels, DVD, an iPod dock, and a 5-speaker surround sound system and CD player,. The screened lanai quietly seats 4 on wicker furniture, while the lower level billiards room contains a regulation pool table plus a bar and refrigerator and an AM/FM/CD stereo.

KITCHEN/DINING. The well-equipped kitchen includes custom mahogany cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, including; a dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave and a refrigerator/freezer. Also included are a toaster, blender, coffeemaker, and all the necessary cooking utensils and kitchenware. There is a first floor washer/dryer and a gas grill is on the upper deck. The interior dining table seats 8-10 comfortably and there is also a table for 6-8 on the deck.

BEDROOMS. All four bedrooms are oversized and attractive. The upper left bedroom (king bed) is the largest at 400 sq/ft, while the upper right bedroom (king bed) is smaller at 210 sq ft but it offers a more private deck. The upper bedrooms both have tiled baths and showers and 12 foot screened sliding glass pocket doors that recess into the walls to provide soft breezes and romantic harbor views. The lower left bedroom (2 twins or king) is 230 sq/ft, while the lower right (king bed - 270 sq/ft) has a private deck and a 26 inch TV plus DVD. Both of the lower bedrooms are air conditioned and they share a bath and shower, and both are accessed by exterior stairs. The upper and lower bedrooms are located on both ends of the house to insure maximum sound and visual privacy and each bedroom is well appointed and accessorized.

CARIBBEAN VILLAS' COMMENTS. Beach Music, which was formerly offered by us under the name of Cygnus, is blessed with an upscale and tranquil waterfront location. This setting is highly desired for its picturesque views and privacy plus walking access to swimming, snorkeling and boating. One of our guests wrote in his evaluation, "Who couldn't fall in love with this house and want to stay forever?" Our answer is "no one," for everyone will find something they love about this villa.
